Scope:

To assist the IECRE membership in the development of a new IECRE Improvement Plan consisting of a market analysis and intelligence from the members to create a strategic business plan for sustainable revenue growth and promotion of the System and to submit formal recommendations to CAB at its Shanghai meeting.
