TA 19 Scope
To develop standards for power consumption, energy efficiency and environmental conscious design (ECD) aspects of audio, video, multimedia systems, personal computing systems, and related equipment. The scope includes specifying methods of measurement and software for testing (for example audio and video recordings), as needed, for the above standards
