By uploading files to the IEC website, the user acknowledges that the IEC prohibits uploading any files which violate the property rights of trademarks, patents, copyright and other similar rights of ownership. After their upload, files become publicly available for display and download.
- The user is solely responsible for all files being uploaded to the website;
- His/her uploading of files does not result into breach of applicable legislation;
- The user is the author or the owner of all copyrights and associated rights to any files uploaded by him/her to the website for display or distribution, and is able to provide all the necessary legal documents for the uploaded files;
- The files and their accompanying information don't violate any copyright, property or other associated rights of third parties;
- The IEC shall not be liable for the contents of the files uploaded to or downloaded from the website.
