When sending in the Word document for an IEC publication, please submit the editable image files separately, in the one of the accepted native file formats.

 

This ensures that the IEC Figures team can work on the original image files and, if required, adapt images for publication.

 

It also allows you to request the original editable files for the maintenance of your publication later on.

 

Along with the Word document, please send the zipped image files as a mail attachment to your TC's Technical Officer. If the attachment size exceeds 5MB, your TC's Collaboration Space should be a good place to exchange these files. In this case, please contact your Technical Officer or Administrative Assistant.
