Description

Do you wish to use a screen-sharing (audio & video) and webconferencing tool, host an on-line meeting and work with people located in different parts of the world  ?

If so, you can hold on-line meetings for your IEC standardization work by sending a request to the Technical Officer of your TC/SC.

• the name(s) and e-mail(s) of the participants you wish to invite to the on-line meeting
• the name of the Chair of the meeting (the person in charge of running the meeting)
• the preferred date(s), time(s) (please indicate your time zone), and duration of the meeting

The Technical Officer will respond to your request and send out e-mail invitations to all participants. You can then connect to the meeting using the link provided in the e-mail invitation.
