Mailing Lists
Description
The mailing lists will allow TC/SC secretaries or chairmen to exchange information between the members of the same group. The e-mail addresses will be added to a mailing list. Once the e-mail is sent to the list, it will be then distributed to all members. This will avoid long e-mail address lists, incorrect addresses, etc.
A request 
may be filled by the TC/SC secretary or chairman and sent to the Technical officer at the Central Office. The owner of the mailing list will be able to make the maintenance, by downloading the procedure
