These could be, for example, cable assemblies and specific connectors. RF connectors will not be dealt with by this committee as they will be covered by TC 46. Sockets for components shall be considered in cooperation with the relevant technical committee. In this standardization effort, appropriate test methods and guides for solderless connections shall be prepared.
