The decision of preparing a Technical Report was taken during SC 77A Plenary Meeting in Cape Town (October 2005). This project was in PWI and is re-started - New target date for CDTR 2009-12-31 has been approved at the SMB meeting held in Tel-Aviv -2009-10-18 - New target of CDTR has been approved at the SMB Meeting in Seattle on October 2010
