Critical current measurement method of oxide superconductors

To prepare guidelines on critical current measurement methods
of oxide superconductors, especially for single crystal, bulk
specimens, tape composite superconductors and multifilamentary
composite superconductors at the temperatures up to liquid
nitrogen temperatures. (See New Work Item Proposal
90(Secretariat)11 and its results of voting 90(Secretariat)16).
