Advisory Group - On the legal aspects and implications of TC 56 projects

Terms of reference:


To advise the TC 56 Chairman and Secretariat on legal aspects and implications involving dependability and to:


a) Respond to inquiries and review working drafts of documents as to legal implications and provide input to the Working Groups before documents are circulated.

b) Prepare and maintain a compilation of laws, regulations and important court decisions pertinent to the work of TC 56.
