WG 10
Upgrading and modernization of I&C systems in NPP
The WGA10 produces and maintains standards and reports dealing with the Modernisation of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Systems for Nuclear Power Plants. This includes the Replacement and Upgrading of I&C Systems due to obsolescence, ageing, plant life extension activities and other economically, technically, or safety driven motivating factors. Standards covering issues related to the Modernisation of Nuclear Power Plant I&C Systems, such as the Management of Ageing, are also included in the scope of WG A10.
