The team

Françoise Rauser, Affiliate Executive Secretary

 

Before joining the IEC Affiliate Country Programme Secretariat in 2003, Françoise Rauser had been working at IEC Central Office since 1987. She worked in the IEC Technical Department as an editor to ensure conformity between the French and the English versions of IEC bilingual International Standards. As a senior editor, she worked directly with the Secretaries of IEC Technical Committees, providing guidance to comply with ISO/IEC Directives.

 

Besides being in charge of the Affiliate Secretariat, Françoise is also IEC International Liaison Officer for developing countries. She is IEC focal point for ITU-D, UNIDO, UN-SE4ALL Practitioner Network and WTO TBT Committee, amongst others.

 

 

 

Thomas Robertson, Affiliate Country Project Coordinator

 

Thomas Robertson joined the Affiliate Secretariat in April 2013. Thomas speaks French, English and Spanish with notions of Portuguese. He grew up in Geneva and then worked 8 years in the UK. Thomas holds a MA in Economics and European Studies and has broad experience in projects management and market analysis, in particular for Latin America.

 

His role is to coordinate new projects and assist you in using our Programme to its full extent. He coordinates in particularly the ACAS Status and the Mentoring Programme for Affiliate countries.

 

 

 

Sei-Yun Park, Affiliate Assistant

 

Sei-Yun Park holds a BA in Management from the University of Geneva. Being fluent in French, English and Korean, with basic notions of Italian, Sei-Yun supports all activities related to the Affiliate Country programme.

 

She is the Affiliate contact regarding the General Meeting, and is in charge of the Affiliate website and databases.
